A:Our ceiling insulation has an R-Value of 38 and our walls have a value of 27. We use 13 SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ration) air conditioning units, and choose the appropriate size for your house. Ducting is placed intelligently as to distribute cool air evenly. We also use Low-emittance coatings on all our window packages reducing the heat generated by sunlight. Our garage doors are also installed with R-7 insulation.

A:Once the building permit is issued it takes anywhere between 6 and 8 months.

A:We will setup meetings for you with our vendors. They will know your floor plan and will help you make all the necessary selections, and make sure they're ordered and delivered for installation on time.
